Pecan Classic and Nut Run: November 12, 2011
The Sahuarita Pecan Festival will once again team up with Tagg Running Events to host the community's favorite running events. There will be 3 options: the 8.5 and 3.7 mile Pecan Classic and the 1.5 mile Nut Run. Click here for more information and to register.

Tagg Running Events is a family-run business, formed out of a love for running and the desire to offer unique, low-cost running events. Other Tagg Running Events held in Sahuarita include the Fiesta Sahuarita 5K and the Great Expectations Academy Feeling Fit 5K.

A Breeze in the Trees 5k: July 16, 2011

The Breeze in the Trees, was a cool summer 5k run/walk through the shady Green Valley Pecan Farm. A portion of the proceeds benefited the Santa Cruz Valley Heritage Alliance.
